Caribbean Park is a truly
visionary destination unlike
any other.

Natural green spaces, an 80 acre lake and landscaped gardens sit alongside a fresh produce market, cafés and transport connections at the door.

Caribbean Park currently comprises over 280,000sqm+ of buildings, fully owned by the Spooner family. The masterplan is to continue developing the commercial office precinct for the balance of the family’s land holdings, which in time will deliver an additional 40 buildings or 230,000+sqm of office space. Importantly, the Spooner family intends to hold all assets at Caribbean Park inter-generationally.

By providing a healthy and inspiring environment, Caribbean Park is delivering a workplace that is more productive. Beyond the manicured lawns and lakeside views, the developing integrated landscaping zones allows for taking meeting outside. Wi-Fi enabled parkland will also allow the workforce to stay connected in the fresh air.

At lunchtime, staff can keep fit and maintain wellbeing with a walk, run or ride, with end-of-trip facilities back at the office, a gym is also planned in future stages. Everything has been considered to promote good health and increased efficiency.
