Caribbean Park is the result of three generations of family passion and drive.  Ben Spooner, son of family patriarch Rodney Spooner, is responsible for the daily operation and direction of multi-faceted www.caribbeanpark.com. 

A parkland business precinct more akin to a suburb, Caribbean Park includes office, warehouse & logistic, entertainment, hospitality and accommodation uses. 

With more green space than the Melbourne Botanic Gardens, Caribbean Park has fast become the workplace of choice for leasing companies.  Today, Caribbean Park is the largest and fastest growing business precinct outside the Melbourne CBD.

Caribbean Park’s continued success can be attributed to a culture and work ethic that has been passed down from generation to generation within the Spooner family.  A product of his grandfather’s and his father’s mentoring, Ben is pragmatic, purposeful, and passionate about delivery enduring quality for his customers, and future generations of his family.

Outside of his all-consuming professional role, Ben is married and a father of two young daughters.  Ben is also deeply committed to philanthropy, following in the significant steps of his remarkable mother, Janet Spooner OAM.
